Larry Blanchard Johnson, Jr. (b. 1957) is a small business owner, environmental activist, and the Councilman for District 4 on the Pensacola City Council.
Johnson was elected to the City Council in November 2008. Johnson finished first in the general election, but did not attain a margin of 50%+1 and thus proceeded to a run-off election with the second-place finisher, incumbent Marty Donovan, which Johnson won soundly.
