'''Scott Satterwhite''' is a Pensacolian activist and business owner. He is primarily known for being an outspoken activist in regard to a number of political and social issues, as well as for his involvement in the Pensacola music scene and area businesses.
Satterwhite settled in Pensacola after he was stationed in the area during his service in the Navy.
Satterwhite currently serves as the President of [[Veterans for Peace Northwest Florida]], and Secretary-Treasurer of the Pensacola General Membership Branch of the [[Wikipedia:Industrial Workers of the World|Industrial Workers of the World]]. Satterwhite produces an independent punk [[Wikipedia:Zine|zine]], [http://www.mylxine.com/ ''Mylxine''], and also regularly contributes viewpoints to the ''[[Independent News]]''. In addition, he is an owner of  He has previously been involved with [[End of the Line]] Caféand [[Subterranean Books]], where he spearheaded the Prison Books program. After the store closed, Satterwhite and volunteers his time there and at others started [[Subterranean Open Books]]as a way to continue the non-profit program.
