Seville Harbour office & restaurant complex

Seville Harbour is a complex of offices, restaurants and a marina located at 600 South Barracks Street. It is situated on Pensacola Bay southwest of Bartram Park and north of the Port of Pensacola. The block was purchased by the City of Pensacola in 1984 for $30,300[1] and was developed as a public-private venture.

The office complex, home to the Fish House and Atlas Oyster House restaurants, was designed by Carter Quina and managed by the Merrill Land Company.

The Seville Harbour marina, formerly known as Pitt Slip, is managed by the Marina Management Corp., which also runs the Palafox Pier and Bahia Mar Marinas.

The land in the Seville Harbour block was rezoned by the Pensacola City Council on June 24, 1999 to allow residential construction.[2] Developers Ray Russenberger, John Carr and Doug Halford planned to build 30 upscale condominiums on the site, but the project eventually fell through.[citation needed]
