- 1699 – At the recommendation of Andrés de Arriola, the Conde de Galve ordered one hundred additional men to be conscripted from gambling houses and jails and sent to the Presidio Santa María de Galve.
- 1868 – The Pensacola & Louisville Railroad purchased the Alabama & Florida Railroad, which had gone bankrupted after the Civil War, for $55,000.
- 2000 – The Pensacola City Council voted 8-0 to purchase the Trillium property for $3.63 million. Grover III & Sandra Robinson died in a helicopter accident in New Zealand.
