'''Napoleon Bakery''' (often called '''Napoleon's''') was a bakery located at 101 South [[Jefferson Street]] in downtown Pensacola. Owned by French native [[Pierre Kaufke]], the business was founded in [[1985]] and served a variety of traditional French breads and pastries. It was purchased by [[Wolfgang Pitzmann]], one of Napoleon's bakers, and his wife [[Wanda Pitzmann|Wanda]] in October [[2002]]. They reopened the store as [[Pitzmann's European Bakery]] in March [[2003]].
