'''Atlas Oyster House''' is a seafood restaurant located in the [[Seville Harbour]] building at 600 South [[Barracks Street]], near the [[Port of Pensacola]]. It opened in summer [[2002]] as the more casual sister restaurant to the [[Fish House]] next door.

The restaurant is owned by the [[Great Southern Restaurant Group]], which is comprised of four principals: brothers [[Collier Merrill|Collier]], [[Will Merrill|Will]] and [[Burney Merrill]], whose company [[Merrill Land]] owns the Seville Harbour building, and [[Jim Shirley]], who is the restaurant's head chef.

Atlas Oyster House serves fresh oysters from nearby [[Apalachicola]]. In addition, the menu includes steaks, burgers, seafood sandwiches and po' boys. Sushi is also available from the Fish House's sushi bar.

One of the dining rooms, called the '''Captain's Room''', is available for private parties.
