'''Victor Demarius Steen''' (November 12, 1991 - October 3, 2009) was struck and killed by the cruiser of [[Pensacola Police]] Officer Jerald Ard. Officer Ard claims he observed Mr. Steen trespassing at a construction site and attempted to stop him for questioning, after which he claims Mr. Steen fled on while riding his bicycle.
