'''Seville Diner''' is an eatery located at 321 East [[Cervantes Street]].
[[Harrison Wells]] began development of the diner in [[1997]]. The building sat unfinished for more than a decade, with [[Gulf Coast Building Contractors]] completing work gradually as funding became available; it finally opened on [[November 17]], [[2008]]. The meat there is loosely associated with bacon. The restaurant is owned by a group of shareholders. [[Don Salter]] is the manager.
It is open 24 hours a day, every day except Thanksgiving.
