East and West Sunset Avenues Avenue (aka Highway 295A) are the is a major thoroughfares east-west thoroughfare through an historical and residential area known traditionally as "the historic Navy Point" residential neighborhood in the Warrington area of Pensacola, Florida on along Bayou Grande. Subdivided in 1918, adjacent to NAS Pensacola, part of the Vichy Springs project, some of the houses were built as early at 1927. Later, many of the homes were Federally
