The Poarch Band of Creek Indians, or Poarch Creek Indians, is an extant tribe of Muscogee Creek Native Americans that have a 230-acre reservation near Atmore in Escambia County, Alabama. The tribe's Creek Indian Enterprises and PCI Gaming divisions operate a number of businesses, including the Wind Creek Casino & Hotel. The Poarch Band, which descends from a group of Creek who sided with the United States during the Creek War, was recognized by the U.S. Department of Interior and the Bureau of Indian Affairs as an "Indian Tribe" on August 11, 1984, and is the only federally recognized tribe in Alabama.

The current chairman of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians is Buford L. Rolin.
