:It looks like you want to copy the Wikipedia template [[Wikipedia:Template:Infobox Officeholder|Template:Infobox Officeholder]]. Assuming it will keep the same name, you would copy it to [[Template:Infobox Officeholder]]. However, you should be aware that many Wikipedia templates incorporate other templates or other arcane features (like ParserFunctions) which can be pretty daunting.
