After Rev. [[Hugh King]] was arrested on [[April 28]], [[2007]] for possession of cocaine, it was revealed that a Board member convicted of a felony may be removed by a two-thirds vote of the remaining Board. Initially, chairman Lacey Collier has stated that King must decide for himself if his "effectiveness as a trustee has been compromised by the allegations."<ref>"King set for day in court." After King pleaded no contest to the charges, the Board voted 11-1 (with only King dissenting) to remove him in February [[2008]].
