The First Judicial Circuit Court of Florida represents the state court of superior general original jurisdiction for Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton Counties.

Circuit court judges are elected to six-year terms in nonpartisan elections. The number of judges is dependent on the population and caseload of the circuit.

Escambia County[edit]

Based out of the M. C. Blanchard Building with annexes at the Cobb Building, the Century Courthouse and the Bruno Building

Santa Rosa County[edit]

Based out of the Santa Rosa County Courthouse with an annex at the South Santa Rosa Service Center

Okaloosa County[edit]

Based out of the Okaloosa County Courthouse and its annex

Walton County[edit]

Based out of the Walton County Courthouse with an annex at the South Walton County Courthouse
