Proper formatting of cafe name

How should we format the name? PNJ gives it in two different forms ("Baba" in an article title, but "BaBa" in the article copy) and the actual signage outside the establishment gives it in all-miniscule (baba cafe). dscosson ··· talk 15:24, 10 April 2008 (CDT)
