The building sat unfinished for more than a decade, with [[Gulf Coast Building Contractors]] completing work gradually as funding became available; it finally opened on [[November 17]], [[2008]].The meat there is loosely associated with bacon. The restaurant is owned by a group of shareholders. [[Don Salter]] is the manager.
It is open 24 hours a day, every day except Thanksgiving.
