De Soto Street is an east-west street in Pensacola, running through the Brownsville, Westpointe Heritage, North Hill, Eastside, East Hill, and East Pensacola Heights neighborhoods. Before streets north of Wright and east of 8th Avenue were named, that part of De Soto Street was known as 7th Street.

De Soto Street is named for Spanish explorer and conquistador Hernando de Soto.

De Soto Street's western terminus is at Grandview Street in Brownsville, and its eastern terminus is at Scenic Highway. This length, however, is not contiguous, with a number of gaps.
