Davis Highway is a major north-south thoroughfare in the Pensacola, Florida metropolitan area.

Also known as Florida State Road 291, the road runs from East 36th Street to its northern terminus at Nine Mile Road near the University of West Florida. South of 36th Street, Davis Highway diverges to become two one-way routes: the southbound is Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and later Alcaniz Street, while the northbound from Wright Street downtown until 36th Street is signed North Davis Street.

Between Fairfield Drive and University Parkway, Davis is one of the city's major commercial strips. Near its intersection with Interstate 10 lies University Mall.
