The Isis Theatre, located on Palafox Street at Garden, was one of several theaters built for the Saenger Amusement Company (the others being the Saenger and Bonita Theaters).

It was renovated in (date needed) for use as an office building. Merrill Lynch occupied the building for several years before relocating to Palafox Pier. The current tenant is Delta Health Group. Bricks from the theater were salvaged during the renovation and make up the floor in Seville Quarter's "Phineas Phogg's" dance hall.
