Georgio's Pizza is an East Pensacola Heights restaurant located at 3000 East Cervantes Street. It was opened in 1984 by Georgio Petrakis. After Petrakis passed away, Carl Hixon bought the restaurant from Georgio's widow Eva in 1998.

In addition to its pizza selections, Georgio's menu includes a variety of Greek and Italian entrees, sandwiches, appetizers and salads.

Every year, on the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Georgio's hosts a "First Responder's Day." During the annual event, the restaurant gives out free meals to all first responders, in and out of uniform, and throws a pizza-eating contest to raise money for a charity of the winning department's choice.

The restaurant also produces Mt. Fuji Dressings in a rear kitchen area. Hixon purchased the ginger dressing's recipe from former Tokyo Chaya owner Yuzo Segawa when he moved back to Japan with his family.
