De Leon Street is an east-west street in downtown Pensacola that exist in two short spans.

De Leon Street begins at Ninth Avenue and travels easterly uninterrupted for two blocks to 11th Avenue; from there it is interrupted for two blocks, resuming at 13th Avenue and traveling a short distance east.

It is named for the Juan Ponce de León.
