Baylen Lofts under construction in early 2008

Baylen Lofts is a residential development along South Baylen Street in downtown Pensacola. The project, developed by Spencer Maxwell Bullock Architects and contractor Biggs-Green Construction Services, will consist of five modern townhomes, each with 2,100 square feet of space, a garage and elevator.[1] It occupies a brick building that was formerly home to Bill Thompson Office Equipment.[2]
