14th Avenue or Fourteenth Avenue is a two-lane avenue traversing East Hill. 14th Avenue's southern terminus is at Bayfront Parkway; from there it runs northerly uninterrupted to East Hayes Street. After a one-block interruption, a final one-block segment of 14th Avenue runs from Tunis Street north to Texar Drive.
