WTKX-FM (101.5 FM, "TK101") is an active rock music formatted radio station licensed to serve Pensacola, Florida. The broadcast area reaches far into northwest Florida, nearly all of southwest Alabama and as far as Gulfport, Mississippi

In November of 2014 the station studio's and broadcast center was moved to in Mobile, Alabama to be consolidated with other Iheartmedia facilities. The station's transmitter and tower is near Robertsdale, Alabama near I10 and Wilcox Rd.

WTKX features syndicated (from Houston, TX) personalities "Lex & Terry" in morning drive and Iheartmedia's "Premium Content" or syndicated personalities in all other day-parts. Including PM Drive on-air personality "Dump Truck" who broadcast's out of the Tampa Bay area.


WTKX has been a rock radio station for over 33 years.

Before transitioning to syndicated programming fill time in 2014, former live and local on-air personalities/alumni include: Mark the Shark, Joel Sampson, Candy Ruddy, Strummer, Linda J, Greg Golden, Dave Collins, Rick Allen, Steve Smith, Scott Free, Nick at Nite, Rory Suchet, Mike Ondayko, Scotty Miller, Suzy Boe, Alex Chesley, Lalaine Bill, Linda Lawrence, Elvis Jones, Nick Flynn, Gus Brant and The Breakfast Flakes. Which featured Jeff Stevens and Chip Nelson.

TK 101's original studios were located at 111 N. Baylen Street downtown Pensacola. After being sold to Clear Channel Communications in1997 the studios were moved to Davis highway and consolidated with then sister station 107.3 WYCL (formally WOWW) "Cool 107" for a short period of time. In 1998 Clear Channel finished the build-out of the facility on Highway 29 and in Car City where TK-101 broadcasted from until November of 2014.

Former owners include Arthur Holt of Holt Communications. Current owners include Iheartmedia ( formally Channel Communications) a division of Bain Capital Partners.

Form a General Managers include Mike Carr, JJ Waters, Howard Seaton and Jeanie Hufford.
