Ryan Barnett

Ryan comes from a career Air Force family, and grew up in California, Indiana, Illinois, and Alabama. Ryan served as an infantryman in the Marine Corps Reserve from 1996 - 2003. A 2000 graduate of the University of South Alabama, he attended the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, before transferring and graduating from the Florida State University College of Law in 2003. While at Penn State, Ryan assisted prolific legal scholar Larry C. Backer with the primary editing of his text, Comparative Corporate Law.

Ryan's practice is broad based and litigation focused, including a range of matters from injury to commercial disputes. Ryan is also involved with the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, Pensacola Young Professionals, and serves as an adjunct at the Pensacola State College. Ryan is a member of the 2011 LEAP class (Leadership Pensacola), and serves on the Board for the Young Lawyers Division of the Esacambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association. He has worked as an attorney with Whibbs Stone Barnett, P.A., since 2004. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is licensed to practice in both Florida and Alabama.
