Woodland Heights is a neighbourhood in the north central area of the City of Pensacola.

The neighbourhood is bordered on the north by Royce Street, on the east by Ninth Avenue, on the south by Fairfield Drive, and on the west by Davis Highway. The majority of the neighbourhood is zoned residential, with a minority (11.5%) zoned commercial. Woodland Heights was originally developed as a subdivision in 1957. The racial composition of the neighbourhood has changed significantly over the years; while once heavily Caucasian, Woodland Heights is now predominantly African-American.
