'''WBOP''' was a radio station in Pensacola that occupied the [[101.5 FM]] and [[980 AM]] positions. The station carried soul and R&B programming. Although not African-American owned, the station was popular with the black community. At some point in the 1980s WBOP moved its AM simulcast from 980 to 1230 KHz.
