:Hi, and welcome to Pensapedia! The default installation of the MediaWiki software doesn't include any templates. All the templates we have here at Pensapedia have been added manually, many of them copied from Wikipedia -- either directly or with some modification. :It looks like you want to copy the Wikipedia template [[Wikipedia:Template:Infobox Officeholder|Template:Infobox Officeholder]]. Assuming it will keep the same name, you would copy it to [[Template:Infobox Officeholder]]. However, you should be aware that many Wikipedia templates incorporate other templates or other arcane features (like ParserFunctions) which can be pretty daunting.
