:I'm fairly certain the problem is entirely my fault. (I'm not good with conditionals either.) The [[Wikipedia:Template:Infobox road|Wikipedia road infobox]] I copied had all kinds of extra parameters for cross-country highways that I omitted, and some of the output fields were probably lost in the process.
