After an investigation by the Florida Department of Financial Services' Office of Fiscal Integrity, Manley was arrested on [[May 28]], [[2008]], and charged with aggravated white-collar crimes. If convicted, Manley faces up to 30 years in prison.
 
Manley's trial commenced on [[August 17]], [[2009]].
 
Convicted to ten years.
