The Wharf is a 220-acre mixed-use entertainment and shopping complex in Orange Beach, Alabama that includes around 60 retail shops, eateries and other businesses, a Rave Motion Pictures theater complex, a 112-foot Ferris wheel, and a 10,000-seat amphitheater. Condominium residences are situated on the north side of the property.
It was developed by Birmingham-based company AIG Baker and opened in May 2006. Hank Williams played the first concert at the amphitheater on May 27.
A 27,000-square-foot conference center broke ground on October 24, 2008, and is expected to open in March 2009.
