Theophalis  May is also survived by three children from his previous marriage to Mary “Maggie” Bruce May of  Colonial Heights, Virginia. There are also four  grandchildren. Children:  Theophalis May, Jr. of Plainfield, NJ,  Gracie L. May of Colonial Heights, VA and Frank L. May of Charlotte, NC,  Grandchildren: James Shomo of Panama City, FL, Michelle Shomo Pierce(Michael) of Charlotte, NC,  Jamel  D. May of Colonial Heights, VA and Kyle L May of Charlotte, NC.
