:Yeah, I saw that when I was starting the article, but I forgot all of the fair use stuff I learned in the early days at Wikipedia and was too lazy to look it up.  You've uploaded other copyrighted images, like [[:Image:MeganPratt.jpg]] or [[:Image:JerryMaygarden.jpg]], with fair use rationale, so in that vein, I guess.  I don't know if the PNJ actually owns the copyright to the Baars photo, and even if they did, and happened to notice it here, what's the worst that could happen? I grabbed a photo portrait of Theo from the PNJ slideshow before the image got taken offline. (The page itself is still here for now.) Think it qualifies as fair use? — admin • talk  20:47, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, I saw that when I was starting the article, but I forgot all of the fair use stuff I learned in the early days at Wikipedia and was too lazy to look it up. You've uploaded other copyrighted images, like Image:MeganPratt.jpg or Image:JerryMaygarden.jpg, with fair use rationale, so in that vein, I guess. I don't know if the PNJ actually owns the copyright to the Baars photo, and even if they did, and happened to notice it here, what's the worst that could happen? dscossontalk 21:46, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
