Block numbering

Do you think it's worth making articles for each of the blocks as numbered in these maps? There appears to be some consistency over the years. For example, that M. C. Blanchard Building thing I found a while back talked about Blocks 10 and 11. — admin • talk  13:08, 28 March 2009 (CDT)
