The June 1901 Southern Manufacturer says R. H. Turner founded the business "thirty-five years ago," i.e. 1866, but that may have just been a round number. It also says Charles took charge (hee hee) in 1890, which conflicts with our previous date of 1892. — admin • talk 15:55, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
