I'd like to check the microfilm from the original ''News-Journal'' articles on this. Also, I'm not sure about the title, especially since the [[Escambia High School riots]] could be titled "Race riot, 1976" as well. What do you think of "Raines riot"? Having looked up some of the original articles on this incident, the word "riot" doesn't really seem applicable. Ah, never mind! The book got the dates mixed up. Blackwell was killed in December 1974, and the riot took place in February 1975. — admin • talk  22:59, 24 February 2009 (UTC)

Having looked up some of the original articles on this incident, the word "riot" doesn't really seem applicable. I'm going to rename it to something else... maybe "Blackwell demonstration." — admin • talk  12:51, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
