Do you remember your source for the 1912 date? I ask because the [http://www.escpa.org/Detail_a.aspx?s=000S009007001024 Escambia County Property Appraiser parcel detail] shows "Year built: 1900". But the ECSPA site is inaccurate in other cases, like w/ the Blount Building. :Got the date from [http://merrillland.com/officespace.asp here], I think.
