Solé Inn and Suites is a three-story motel located at the northeast corner of Palafox and Gregory Streets. It is being renovated from the previous Harbor Inn in a "1950s retro-modern" style. Owned by the Gulf Breeze Hotel Group, made up of Alan Williams, the inn will have about 45 units equipped with flat-screen TVs, platform beds and free Wi-Fi access. They will also offer beach cruiser bicycles for sightseeing and a saltwater pool with cabanas and a privacy wall.
