Scotland Yard is an East Hill residential development of 20 single family homes, located on the site of the old Scotland House, which was destroyed in a 1991 fire. Bounded by 12th Avenue, 11th Avenue, Blount Street and Lee Street, it was developed starting in 1993 by Wilmer Mitchell and Hugh Leitch.
