He is president of [[R.P. Townsend & Associates]], a management consultant firm, specializing in Human Resources issues. Ronald serves on the Board of Directors for [[Community Equity Investments, Inc]] and the [[Florida/Alabama Transportation Planning Organization]]. He is a past member of the [[Escambia County Zoning Board of Adjustment]], Florida Commission on Human Relations, Florida Lemon Law Board, Board of Directors of the [[Escambia County United Way]], and Board of Directors of [[Lakeview]].
