Richard Harper is the former interim principal of Pensacola High School.
Harper as Interim Principal
Harper became interim principal in 1996, filling in for Principal Horace Jones, who was removed from his position for attempting to cover up a sex scandal at PHS. He was soon replaced by a permanent principal, Larry Huntley.
