Philip Dane Beall, Sr. (d. 1947) was a Florida State Senator representing District 2. He was president of the State Senate at the time of his death in 1947, after which his son Philip Jr. was elected to the District 2 seat.

The three-mile bridge over Pensacola Bay is named in memory of him.
