Michael C. Wiggins is an at-large member of the Pensacola City Council, elected in 1994, and the Mayor-elect of the City of Pensacola.

Wiggins, operator of a lawn spray and landscaping firm and a frequent host of TV talk shows, has an A.A. from Pensacola Junior College, a B.S. from Florida State University, and served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the PJC Foundation, the Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce's Quality of Life Committee and is a member of the Pensacola Five Flags Rotary.
