Manresa Street, sometimes spelled Manressa Street, is a short north-south street in downtown Pensacola.

The street is present on the 1812 Pintado plan.

Manresa Street runs for just one block, from East Garden Street southerly one block to East Romana Street. For its entire length, Manresa Street is first east of Tarragona Street, with Alcaniz Street next east.

The street is named for the Spanish town of Manresa.
