The Manhattan Hotel was a three-story, 24-room hotel located on West Garden Street at Baylen Street. It was built between 1902-1903 by Leander M. Davis. It was described in a December 10, 1903 article of the Pensacola Daily News Magazine as "generally used by commercial men and the traveling public." Rooms were between $2 and $3 per day.

The building was demolished in 1962.
