'''Luke's Alley''' was a one-block narrow street/alley in the [[downtown PensacolaHawkshaw]]neighborhood. The alley was located between [[Cevallos Street|Cevallos Street]] and [[Ninth Avenue]] and ran between [[Aragon Street|Aragon]] and [[Chase Street]]s. During [[Prohibition]], the area was a notorious haven for bootlegging, and Luke's Alley was the site of "several homicides and uncountable raids on crap or dice games, liquor resorts, cutting affrays, and minor law infractions generally."<ref>Judith A.
