The following is a list of ordinances adopted by the City of Pensacola in 1906.

January 5 An Ordinance relating to the engraving, issuance and sale of improvement bonds of the City of Pensacola, Florida.
January 5 An Ordinance regulating the construction of buildings of six or more stories. This ordinance required buildings of six or more stories to be of fireproof construction, likely in response to the Halloween Night Fire of 1905.
January 25 An Ordinance to prohibit smoking in electric cars in operation within the City of Pensacola.
March 3 An ordinance to provide for the extermination of mosquitoes, and the destruction of their larvae.

June 14 An Ordinance to amend Section 442 of Article III of Chapter 18 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pensacola. This ordinance established penalties for those who would "defraud or cheat" the owner or driver of a car for hire. It also required owners and drivers to charge only rates established by ordinance.
June 14 An Ordinance to sell to Wm. A Blount certain portions of Lots 24 and 25 of Block 34 of the Water Front of the City of Pensacola. Lot 34 of the Water Front Tract is located on the southwest corner of Palafox and Cedar Streets.
