Levin, Papantonio, Thomas, Mitchell, Echsner & Proctor, P.A. is a Pensacola law firm specializing in personal injury and product liability cases. It was founded as Levin & Askew by David Levin and Reubin Askew in 1955. Fred Levin joined the firm in 1961 and eventually became head partner, along with Mike Papantonio.

The firm is most known for playing a major role in the $13.2 billion settlement won by the State of Florida against the tobacco industry in 1998.
