'''Jonathan Owens''' was born and raised in District 1 of Escambia County and is currently the [[Escambia County Board of County Commissioners|Escambia County Commissioner]]'s Aide for District 2. He has served as the Commissioner's aide since Commissioner [[Doug Underhill]]'s election to this board in November of 2014. In 2020 he primaried Commissioner [[Jeff Bergosh]] of District 1 and received 22.48% of the vote. Bergosh only received 38.71% of the overall vote.
