In 1891, Sunday purchased from Louise Yonge lots 25 and 31 of Block 55 of the [[Donelson Tract|Donelson]] and [[19th Arpent Tract|19th Arpent]] tracts. The two adjoining lots, located on the northwest corner of [[Reus Street|Reus]] and Romana streets, formed the core of the Sunday House property.
