Jerry's Cajun Café & Market (often abbreviated to simply Jerry's Cajun) is a Pensacola restaurant serving cajun & creole cuisine. Founded by namesake Jerry Mistretta in 1998, the Ninth Avenue eatery was a popular destination until it was heavily damaged by a fire on February 27, 2007, but Mistretta promises they will rebuild "bigger and meaux betta."[1] He intends to reopen the restaurant on October 1.[2]
